OMNIPOTENCE

Spiritual consciousness is all there IS. And Spiritual consciousness is omnipotent. Now, this does not mean that spiritual consciousness has more power than any other power as the human mind believes. It means that spiritual consciousness IS the ONLY power. Everything else is powerless.

So, it does not mean that spiritual consciousness has the power to defeat evil. Why would it need to defeat evil if evil is powerless?

This is why, in the New Testament, Jesus says: "Do not resist evil..." When we resist evil, we are giving it the power which it never had in the first place. No harm can come to us if we remain still in the Peace of I Am Awareness.

After its fall from Grace, the whole human race believed in two powers: good and evil. This is an illusion or a lie of the human mind. There is only ONE life and ONE power.

God (consciousness) is the cause of all manifestations. And physical manifestations are effects. Can an effect have any power? We can only give it power if we falsely believe that it does? So it is our false belief that takes away our omnipotence over our whole life.

For example, we see disease around us and we falsely think disease has power. But what was the cause of this disease? If consciousness is the only cause of all manifestations of life, then this disease was caused by a false belief in the mind of the person that is ill. If you also believe in the lie of disease, you will manifest it. Disease, poverty and misery are manifested lies or false beliefs.

Our Father (consciousness) is the ONLY power. Our father (consciousness) is Truth, Beauty and Goodness.  

There is a realm of pure Being or Awareness that transcends the world of mind or beliefs. This realm of Pure Awareness has no opposites. So, if we remain Aware and still in this realm of pure Being, we will understand that we have complete power over our universe. We have created whatever we experience. We cannot blame anyone or any thing for what we experience.

If we choose to believe in two powers, we will suffer the consequences. 

But if we stay Aware and united with our Father consciousness, we are certain that nothing has the power to harm us.
